We are experiencing an increasing number of students that wish to remain on school site to complete either homework, revision or coursework well beyond normal school hours. This is highly admirable of those students and we wish to support them in any way possible.

To this end, where any student wishes to remain on school site to complete homework, revision or coursework but is not doing so with a specific member of staff we will have the School Library open until 6pm, where a signing in and out book will be placed and staff will regularly check on any students working in there. Following this time we will have to ask students to leave the school site and safely make their way home.

If at any time there are exceptional circumstances that lead to students wishing to stay beyond this time they will need to do so under the appropriate supervision of a named member of staff and parents will be notified of this.
