Dear Families,

I hope you are well. I recognise that this is a particularly anxious wait for GCSE results. Year 11 were denied the opportunity to sit your examinations and prove yourselves. I am sure that the events of the last few days in relation to post-16 results will be causing a great deal of worry. I have no idea what the results will look like on Thursday, however, what we will do is honour Sixth Form places at Tytherington based on our Centre Assessed Grades. This means that if your school has predicted you a set of results which would have gained you a place at our Sixth Form, then irrespective of the results you receive on Thursday, we will honour the offer.
