Tytherington PE department are extremely proud of the sports leadership opportunities we provide for our students.  Our sports leaders have supported a wide range of primary school sports events including SEND festivals, football tournaments, indoor athletics competitions, aerobics festivals and more.  We have been overwhelmed by the compassion and care our students have shown for the primary school participants and they have developed a wide range of skills including leadership, communication, planning and organisation.  They have been an absolute credit to us when representing the school and as a result we have been the school of choice when selecting venues to host the School Games.  We are incredibly proud to have our hard work rewarded with the School Games Recognition Award
