We will be returning to remote education on Tuesday 23rd February with Monday 22nd being a “No Screen Day” in response to our eLearning surveys and the many suggestions that opportunities for extra-curricular activities away from screens would be beneficial. We are combining the “No Screen Day” with the launch of our “Tythy Challenge” that Mr Pilbury talked about in our whole school assembly this morning and you can read more about by clicking on the poster below.

The “No Screen Day” will be a great opportunity for all members of the school community to complete some activities that they can submit towards the elements of the challenge. Activities completed on Monday 22nd February will enable all members of the school community to take their first steps in achieving the award that will become a firm part of the extra-curricular offer at Tytherington School following its launch… The Tythy Challenge is not just for a “No Screen Day”!

Please do take a look at the following poster and click the link within it to find out more about the Tythy Challenge and use the ideas on the webpage to plan out your “No Screen Day” and complete activities that form part of your journey to achieving the Tythy Challenge…
