6th form interviews will take place remotely until at least October half term this year.
Andrew Heydeman and James Ridgway are the school’s careers advisors via Mploy ltd and will arrange interviews on Wednesdays each week.
Interviews will take place using Microsoft Teams, in the old Ash House office in the refectory, nearest the sports hall. It will be available for students to use and have their interview in private. Students will need their Laptop to access Teams and will have access to a WIFI or LAN connection.

Andrew has over 30 years’ experience working in roles supporting the personal and skills development, and career progression with young people and adults. Professionally qualified in careers guidance and human resources he has worked in roles such as Workforce Development, Careers & Enterprise and Careers Advice.

Three words to describe Andrew:
After becoming Bar Manager at the famous ‘Warehouse Project’ in Manchester, James decided he wanted something more permanent. Having secured a customer service apprenticeship role with Manchester City Council he went on to work at the Manchester Art Gallery in the commercial team for 5 years until 2017 when he joined MPLOY, working on securing apprenticeships for young people.
In recent times, James’ role has developed into employer engagement for specialist and bespoke placements, he also leads on MPLOY’s communication and social media strategy.
