We are pleased to inform you that the Booking System for the Year 9 Parents’ Evening on Wednesday 24th January 2018 will open on Thursday 11th January at 9.00am, and will be open until Sunday 21st January at 4.00pm. Please log in to our ParentMail booking system using the link that was sent to you earlier this week and select the appointment slots that are available or your child’s teachers in order to book. If you have not received the link, please contact the school and we can re-send this to you.

Please be aware that owing to the way that secondary schools have to set up their curriculum and timetable there are a number of teachers that have to teach multiple groups within a year group. This is especially so where a subject department has a smaller number of teachers (i.e. for Art, Drama, Music, Philosophy, MFL, Geography, History and Computing). This may lead to some teachers having their appointment slots fully booked very quickly.

If you are unable to meet with a teacher on Parents’ Evening that you feel you need to speak with, please email us using the info@tytheringtonschool.co.uk email address and we will coordinate and get back to you.

With respect to the evening, please do bring your child with you to be part of the meetings.
