This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Macclesfield’s leading secondary schools and make a significant contribution to the school’s learning support team. The role includes carrying out teaching and learning support programmes to enable access to learning for students.

Hours of Work:
32.5 per week. Monday – Friday (Term-time plus 5 INSET days)
Salary: Grade 4: £13,350 – £14,188 (£17,694 – £18,804 FTE)

Behaviour and Standards Support Coordinator
September 2020 Start Date

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Macclesfield’s leading secondary schools and make a significant contribution to the Behaviour Team. The role will include managing the day to day running of the Reflections room, overseeing the running of daily detentions (break and lunchtime) and assisting the Assistant Headteacher and Heads of Year in implementing restorative approaches and investigating incidents of intolerance

Commencement date: September 2020
Hours of Work: 37 per week, 08:00 – 16:00 Monday – Thursday, 08:00 – 15:30 Friday.
Weeks per Year: 39 weeks per year (term time; plus 5 inset days).
Salary: Grade 6: £18,182 – £20,250 per annum (£21,166 – £23,573 FTE)
Pension: Local Government contributory scheme

Hours of Work: 15 per week (full year), 15:30 – 18:30 Monday – Friday

This is an exciting opportunity for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join one of Macclesfield’s leading secondary schools and make a significant contribution to the site maintenance team. We are looking for a candidate who can provide high quality front-line cleaning support to facilitate the running of the school. General duties include cleaning offices, classrooms, communal areas and toilets.

Applications to work fewer hours, or alternative shift patterns, will be considered.

Holidays: 25 days annual leave (to be taken in school holidays) plus Bank Holidays.
Salary: Currently £9.21 for those over school leaving age
Pension: Local Government contributory scheme.
